Hertfordshire County Council ITSM integration (ServiceNow) and Portal Design

I was part of the integration of Hertfordshire County Council's ITSM processes with ServiceNow, alongside a comprehensive redesign of the service portal. The project prioritised a user-centric approach, ensuring seamless navigation and alignment with the council's visual identity. Key components involved configuring ServiceNow workflows, customising the knowledge base, and developing bespoke widgets for streamlined incident and request management. This resulted in enhanced self-service capabilities for council employees and improved efficiency for the IT support team.
