Unifii Service Portal ReDesign Project

Customer-facing service portals and employee centres should strongly reflect brand identity. A cohesive look and feel builds trust and reinforces recognition. In this project, I designed a bespoke service portal featuring several custom-built widgets. One key highlight is the unique, customisable sidebar. This feature allows users to tailor the interface to their specific needs and preferences, significantly enhancing their overall experience.
